Privacy notice
This notice explains what happens to the details you share when you ask to join the Verified closed beta. In short: we use them only to review your request and to talk to you about the beta.
Who we are
Verified verifies interview and meeting participants before the call and monitors throughout, without joining the call. The closed beta is limited to 20 companies. For anything about your data, write to kowshikbhanu1000@gmail.com.
What we collect and why
The beta form asks for your full name, company, role and why you want to use Verified, plus an email address or phone number (at least one). We also record when you sent the form and which button you used to open it.
We use these details only to review beta requests and to contact you about the beta. We process them because you asked us to consider you.
Where it is stored
Your answers go from your browser to a Google Sheet owned by the Verified founder, through Google Apps Script. Google stores this data for us as a service provider. The company that hosts this website handles standard technical data, such as your IP address, only to deliver the page.
How long we keep it
We keep your details until the beta selection is complete, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details you sent us. Email kowshikbhanu1000@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
No selling, no ads
We do not sell your details, and we do not share them for advertising.
Cookies and storage
We use no tracking cookies and no analytics. The page saves one small number in your browser so it can show a different demo photo on each visit. It does not identify you and is never sent to us.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update this page and the date at the top.
